Christmas in New York City - 6 Prime Christmas Locations

I just got back from New York and I get so many questions about places I recommend to go while in the City, so I thought I would put together this post and talk about all the places to go in the City during Christmas time! This is by no means all the things to do, but I thought I would give you an overview of what I did during my time in the city!

1. Lotte New York Palace Hotel- If you are a Gossip Girl fan you may remember this as where Serena lived during a few seasons of the show. This hotel has a beautiful tree right out front and is usually not that crowded. Located right off of Fifth Avenue this tree is a must to see during Christmas time!

2. Winter Village at Bryant Park - I love Bryant Park during Christmas time, there are so many little shops to pick up a gift for someone (Union Square also has some amazing holiday shops), and of course there is ice skating! This was also the cheapest place I found to go ice skating (in comparison to Rockefeller center and Central Park) and it was so much fun! The rink and holiday shops are open until about 10pm and so we went at around 8-8:30pm on a Monday night and I think it was the perfect time to go as it was not terribly crowded.

3. Fifth Avenue - This street is absolutely magical during Christmas time. There are so many amazing shops all dressed up for Christmas and it is so much fun to walk down Fifth Avenue and see what you can come across! There is, of course, the famous Cartier store that is wrapped like a gift, and Saks Fifth Avenue with all the amazing windows and the light shows!

4. Christmas Trees- One of my favorite things during Christmas time in the city is all the Christmas trees on the streets. It is so fun to just be walking down the street and come across so many Christmas trees that smell so amazing!

5. Rockefeller Center - The big tree at Rockefeller Center is, of course, a must to see, although it is probably the most popular tourist location in the City during this time it is something you have to experience! (Ralphs hot chocolate is also a must!)

6. Washington Square Park - This is yet another prime Christmas tree location. I love this park and the Christmas tree just makes it that much better!

I know this post is up a little late and it is almost Christmas but I hope you enjoyed! Make sure you are following me on Instagram to stay up to date with everything I am doing!

2018 Black Friday Favorites

Here are all my purchases from Black Friday! I didn't go too crazy this year just because I was working, but there were so many amazing deals I had to pick up a few things.
1. Tech Gloves- I got these from Anthropologie and love them! They are so warm and cozy, and I can't wait to wear them when I get back home!
2. Capri Blue Fir & Firewood Candle - We burn so many candles in my apartment, so I always have to stock up on my favorites when there is a sale!
3. Holiday Tin Candle (Mulled Wine) - This candle seriously smells sooooo good and comes in a cute little tin!
4. Tulle Skirt - I am seriously so excited about this purchase! Some people may think it's a little extra, but I am so excited to style it. I am going to New York next week and I am envisioning it with a cute Christmas sweater!
5. Plaid Midi Skirt - This is another purchase I am so excited for. I think it is perfect for the upcoming holiday season, and can't wait to style it!
6. Black Body Suit - I got this at work this past Black Friday weekend and can't wait to wear it! It is seriously the softest material and will look so cute paired with a skirt and tights or even with jeans and some booties!

Saturday Farmers Market

Saturday's are my favorite, especially with farmers market! Two Saturdays my friends and I went to our local farmers market! It was only the second weekend that it was open, and I missed it so much! There are so many yummy foods, at my local farmers market my favorite foods are apple cider donuts, and chips and guac!
I recently ordered some clothes from Nasty Gal and got this dress with it,  and really love it. I think it is so flattering!

A Day in Miami

Totally forgot to post these pictures from a little day trip my friends and I took to Miami right before school started! It was such a fun day, and it is always so fun traveling with Kate and Emily! We started the day off with some yummy acai bowls from a restaurant called Dirt, don't let the name fool you, it was really good! We then went to Wynwood Walls to see all the cute graffiti! We also headed to South Beach and made a stop at The Faena Hotel, which was super cute! Lastly, we finished the day at Bodega for a yummy dinner!

I am currently home for fall break and am so excited to do some fall activities since it is still so so hot in Florida! Make sure to follow me on Instagram to stay up to date on what I am doing!
